Ty Newland

Ty Newland is the CEO and Managing Partner at Newland Capital Group. Mr. Newland, over the years, has focused on industrial real estate. He started his industrial real estate investment and development company in Southern California and has grown it into a national company. Before concentrating on Newland Capital Group, Mr. Newland worked in brokerage where the assets in his portfolios and the transactions he completed exceeded $5B over his career.


Rocio Budetta

Rocio Budetta is the Managing Director and Partner at Newland Capital Group. Mrs. Budetta joined Mr. Newland’s brokerage team in 2019 and focused on all aspects of industrial brokerage including land assemblage opportunities, lease negotiations, institutional landlord representation and market analysis. At NCG, Mrs. Budetta leads operations and finance. Mrs. Budetta holds a Master’s of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego.

Matthew Frank

Matthew Frank is the Managing Director for Northeast Development at Newland Capital Group.  Mr. Frank joined Newland in 2023 to oversee the expansion of the company’s portfolio throughout the Northeast. Matt is a real estate development professional and licensed architect and brings thirty plus years of experience in the acquisition, planning, design, entitlement, and construction of large-scale projects across multiple asset classes.  Mr. Frank holds a Master of Architecture from Tulane University.

Jamie Lennox

Jamie is an investment professional with 10 years of global experience managing institutional capital across real assets in the industrial, commercial, office, and multifamily sectors. Mr. Lennox held the Acquisitions and Asset Management position at MapleTree and worked for PWC as an External Auditor for REIT & Funds Management in Australia.

Jamie holds a Finance and Accounting degree from Bond University, Australia.

Suki Ngan is the Associate Director of Business Development at Newland Capital Group. Ms Ngan supports the expansion of the company’s portfolio. She has more than 7 years of construction project management experience and manages projects from planning to execution. She has extensive experience in project management, budget management, and cross-functional coordination. Ms Ngan holds MBA and BS degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington, as well as the Project Management Professional (PMP) license certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI)

Craig Cordero is the Financial Analyst at Newland Capital Group. Mr. Cordero joined the firm in 2023 and supports all aspects of development, acquisitions, underwriting, and accounting. Prior to this, Craig worked as a quantitative investment analyst for nearly 3 years, which included investment strategy, databasing, portfolio construction, and implementation of equity investments for institutional clients across the globe. He holds a Bachelor's degree in finance from California State University Fullerton.
